Photographer Xavier Mathieu

Xavier Mathieu is a music professional, both as an artist and a sound engineer. He considers photography an extension of his musical expression. He learned the shooting and silver techniques at the age of 15, and since then has never ceased to make his personal style emerge.

Based in Paris after several years spent in South America, Xavier Mathieu has a main theme: large urban cities, whether through their architecture or street scenes. Almost all of the photos we present are in black and white in deep shades. Today, Xavier Mathieu works in digital with a Nikon D750 camera.
